More equality between men and women in labor, employment and professional training.

More conciliation of professional, family and personal life for women, therefore more flexible working hour.

More shared parenting.

Article 23.Tthe universal declaration of human rights.

 Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
