Boxing Day  is a bank or public holiday that occurs on 26 December and is observed in Australia, Austria, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and in some Commonwealth nations that have a mainly Christian population.
On this day, generally, the excess goods to countless shopping goes into liquidation, being sold at prices significantly lower than the original prices. It is one of the busiest days in total sales, trade of many countries, notably Canada and the United States.
In Britain, Boxing Day is a special day is also a commemorative date in relation to football. There is a full round of all their championships this day.
